  • Q: What's the difference between Standard and VIP? A: Standard includes all 4 group sessions and templates. VIP adds 3 private 90-minute strategy sessions, priority email support, custom financial models, and personalized implementation support. VIP is best if you want deeper strategic guidance specific to your business.

  • Q: When are the VIP private sessions scheduled? A: We schedule your 3 VIP sessions strategically: Session 1 in weeks 2-3 (business analysis), Session 2 in weeks 4-5 (financial modeling), and Session 3 in weeks 7-8 (implementation planning). You'll schedule all three when you enroll.

  • Q: Do I need to attend all sessions live? A: Yes. The cohort model works because we build on each session and hold each other accountable. All sessions are recorded if you miss one, but you should attend at least 3 of 4 live.

  • Q: How much work is required between sessions? A: Plan for 2-3 hours per week to complete worksheets, refine your plans, and engage with your cohort. This isn't passive—you'll do real work to build your strategic plan.

  • Q: What if I've never done strategic planning before? A: That's completely fine! The program is designed for business owners at all levels of planning experience. We walk through everything step by step.

  • Q: Can I upgrade from Standard to VIP later? A: VIP spots are limited to 3 per cohort and fill quickly. If you're considering VIP, we recommend applying for it from the start. Upgrades during the program are rare due to limited availability.

  • Q: What happens after the 8 weeks? A: You'll have lifetime access to all materials, recordings, and templates. We also have an alumni community, quarterly check-ins, and opportunities for continued support through our VIP Advisory (separate offering).

  • Q: How is this different from hiring a consultant? A: One-on-one consulting typically costs $5,000-15,000+ for strategic planning.
