Q: What's the difference between Standard and VIP? A: Standard includes all 4 group sessions and templates. VIP adds 3 private 90-minute strategy sessions, priority email support, custom financial models, and personalized implementation support. VIP is best if you want deeper strategic guidance specific to your business.

Q: When are the VIP private sessions scheduled? A: We schedule your 3 VIP sessions strategically: Session 1 in weeks 2-3 (business analysis), Session 2 in weeks 4-5 (financial modeling), and Session 3 in weeks 7-8 (implementation planning). You'll schedule all three when you enroll.

Q: Do I need to attend all sessions live? A: Yes. The cohort model works because we build on each session and hold each other accountable. All sessions are recorded if you miss one, but you should attend at least 3 of 4 live.

Q: How much work is required between sessions? A: Plan for 2-3 hours per week to complete worksheets, refine your plans, and engage with your cohort. This isn't passive—you'll do real work to build your strategic plan.
