Strategy Development
Cohort Programs
About Our Cohorts
Strategy is the shared foundation. The application is what differs.
Each Strategies Simplified cohort runs the same 8-week structure — four live teaching sessions, four accountability weeks of structured implementation, peer feedback, office hours, and a complete portfolio of deliverables.
What changes between cohorts is the industry context, vocabulary, and frameworks. A nonprofit director needs different language and tools than an entrepreneur scaling revenue, and both need different scaffolding than a clinician building a healthcare business.
Only two cohort seats open per quarter — paced this way intentionally so each cohort gets the focus, attention, and curated peer experience the work requires. Once a quarter's seats are filled, the next opening is the following quarter.
If your goal is to walk out with a written strategy, a 90-day implementation roadmap, and a peer cohort that actually keeps you accountable, you're in the right place. Pick the program below that fits your work, and click through for the full details.

Common Questions
Do I have to attend live?
Yes. Live attendance is required. The cohort is built around real-time teaching, peer feedback, and cohort dynamic — and sessions are not recorded. Plan to be present for all four live sessions when you register.
What's the time commitment outside of live sessions?
Plan for two to four hours per week between live sessions for implementation work, peer feedback, and applying the frameworks to your business or organization. The accountability weeks exist specifically to give you space to do the work, not just learn about it.
What's the difference between Foundation and VIP?
Foundation includes everything you need to complete the cohort and walk out with the strategy and roadmap. VIP adds three private 1:1 strategy sessions with Morgan, expanded deliverables tailored specifically to your business or organization, and direct access during the program. VIP is capped at three seats per cohort.
What happens after the cohort ends?
You leave with your strategy document, 90-day implementation roadmap, and complete template library. Many graduates continue with us through other services — fractional CMO partnerships, audits, or workshops — but there's no obligation.
Are payment plans available?
Yes. Payment plans are available on request for either tier. Reach out before registering and we'll set up a structure that fits your budget.
